After all these years I still get excited nerves when meeting a client for the very first time or still nearly cry when a candidate has happy tears after receiving a job offer! My passion is matching the perfect candidate to the perfect opportunity. My company core values underpin my values both at work and at home, I have two young boys and my aspiration and ambition is to show them that if I can achieve my dreams with COAST
then they both, can achieve anything!
I have been lucky enough to work with some amazing companies from huge corporates to family run businesses, along with representing brilliant candidates, and I look forward to continue doing so.

Coming into the recruitment sector is a new challenge for me. I have previously managed a team of successful sales people and really enjoy helping others succeed. My weekends are normally spent travelling across the country, standing on the side-line, watching my boy live his football dream!
